HOW THE WEBSITE WORKS
1. It is my hope that you will visit, become familiar with and enjoy the site. Please visit often and know that your feedback and comments are very welcome; simply click on “Contact Us”.
2. Before an order can be placed you must register. The process is easy:
• Click “Account”, located at the upper right corner of any page.
• Fill in the registration form and click on the “Register” link.
• An e-mail will be sent to you containing your login details along with an account activation link.
• Click on the link to activate your account and log in.
• Click on “Profile” in the upper right of any page to view your profile.
3. Now that you have registered, to place an order from the photo galleries click “Add to cart”, located on the thumbnail of the image(s) you wish to license for use.
4. When ready to purchase click “Checkout” at the lower right of the page. From here you will be taken to your Cart page where you will see the thumbnail and name of image(s) queued in the shopping cart. From this page you can: Empty Cart, Continue Shopping or Continue to License Page.
5. On the License page please:
• Fill in the End User questionnaire. The End User information may be different from your personal profile; we seek here to know just where the licensed image will be used.
• Next complete the License/Cost Calculator. Note that all fields must be filled. Also, please use care when making selections in the calculator to assure that the correct price for your specific license will be generated.
• Please understand that the End User questionnaire must be completed for each image queued unless that information will be the same for all of the images in the queue. If this is the case, simply check the box in front of the phrase “Select this option if End User information will be the same for all images in queue”.
• The calculator itself must be completed for each image queued.
6. After completing the calculator click “Start Calculation”. Below you will see the details of your license including the cost. Check “I agree with the terms and conditions.”
7. Click “Checkout” in the lower right corner of the page. You will be guided to a PayPal page where you can complete your transaction.
8. After finishing your transaction, return to your profile page. From your profile page you can view all the details of your order(s) and download the original hi res image(s) that you have licensed for use. The original images do not contain the watermark that you can see on the images in the galleries. They are, however, works of art and contain discreetly the artist’s signature.
